Every outdoor site has unique terrain, weather conditions, underground utilities, and participant health considerations. Organisers and host venues remain solely responsible for conducting site-specific risk assessments, verifying utility clearances before driving stakes, providing protective equipment, and maintaining adequate public liability insurance.
2. Permitted Use of Activity Blueprints
You may print, download, and adapt our role splits, checklists, and brief templates free of charge for non-commercial internal team workshops, community garden volunteer days, and educational sessions, provided attribution to jumbiteammeteor.garden remains visible. Commercial republication or resale of our guides without written permission is prohibited.
3. Botanical & Allergen Precautions
When foraging, handling seeds, or working with plant sap and compost, facilitators must verify botanical identification independently and warn participants about potential skin sensitisers (such as rue, fig sap, or euphorbia latex) and airborne compost dust.
